Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

My 1st Halloween at Disney World was a success!! I got to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party which is a special ticketed event during special nights at Magic Kingdom. I didn't have a Halloween costume here so I decided to be the best...a Dallas Cowboy Football Player :) When we arrived Main St. was lookin' super cute and Halloweenie.

The first thing we did was stand in line for about 1 and half to 2 hours to meet the 7 dwarfs!! They are never out for meet and greet so this was a MUST DO! Dopey is my favorite and he was absolutely adorable.

 

Something else that was special for the party was that the PRINCE'S were out! I went in to try and find my Prince but then I realized he was still Houston. Whomp whomp! But it was still super exciting to be able to meet Flynn Ryder and the Snow Prince.

 

 

Of course we went to visit the King and Queen of the party dressed in their adorable Halloween costumes. 

 

On our way out of meeting Mickey and Minnie I found LOTSO!!! He was so fluffy! and believe it or not he was sweet too :)

 

The misunderstood stepsister and Lady T were there as well. They thought my personality was way to big and bubbly for their taste hehehe :D It was such a fun interaction.

 

They even asked Tiffany why she wants to be friends with me! HAHAHA

 

We got a great spot to watch the Boo To You Halloween Parade! It was SO AWESOME!!!

 

Of course there was the awesome friends and family unit everyone lookin' as cute as ever in their Halloween costumes.

 

Then it got Spooky and the Villians came out to play too...

 
 

 

 

We had so much fun visiting all our Disney friends!

 

 And had a successful time trick or treating! :) It was a blast running around Magic Kingdom Trick or Treating!!

 

It was such a fun night and ended with an awesome firework show filled with Halloween music and much more. I am so glad I had the chance to witness Magic Kingdom during Halloween. :)

Friday the 13th Villianous Party!

In honor of Halloween right around the corner I HAVE to tell y'all all about the Friday the 13th Party held at Hollywood Studios this year...in a nut shell IT WAS SO AWESOME!!!! I worked that night but as soon as I got off I met up with a friend to head over to this spooky party. It took us about an hour maybe more to get there and it was extremely crowded when we finally made it but it was so awesome and so worth it. As soon as we walked in they had awesome music playing and I had an absolute blast.

 

 

We walked around and saw Disney Villians that are NEVER out!!! Here's some pics of a few of them that came out for Friday the 13th.

After walking around in large crowds and jamming to awesome music it was time for the stage show! The hosts of the show were Hades and Meg! Meg was amazing!!! It was such a great show!!! Dancers were awesome and the whole production was just fabulous. We ended up getting pretty close as well which was awesome!

 

Then it was time for the Villians Fireworks show!! IT WAS FABULOUS!!!!I literally watched the show with my jaw dropped! Such an amazing thing to experience. And again...Disney continues to impress me :) I wouldn't expect anything less. This was the 1st ever Friday the 13th party and I'm sure this isn't going to the  last. So if you ever get a chance and if they do it again...it is definitely a MUST! It was so awesome!!!

My Magical 25th Disney Birthday!!

Let me just start by saying that this was not the beginning of my birthday ;) It started when my mommy and fiancé came to visit. We wore celebratory Disney pins and everything. Mommy, Nay and I watched the parades and ALL the characters told me HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Vince and I celebrated our birthdays together going to parks and having dinner and drinks together as well. It was an amazing beginning to a fabulous birthday :)

 

Then...October 8th finally came and I officially turned a QUARTER OF A CENTURY YOUNG! :) Yipppeee! I am very proud to be 25. I have so many amazing things happening in my life. I will remember these years forever!

 

I have had a princess birthday for the past few birthdays this one was a little different...I was actually at Disney World!!

 

As soon as midnight hit I got phone calls and text from two of my favorites...my fiancé and of course my daddy! SO SWEET!

 

The morning of my birthday was so perfect. I got to start my birthday off talking to Vince and Lilly! :) I love them so much.

 

After my roomie took me to Dunkin Doughnuts for a sprinkled cupcake and yummy drink we headed over to Animal Kingdom. We got on the safari and of course saw the Lion King show. Wonderful morning!

 

After that we went straight to my most favorite park...MAGIC KINGDOM!!! We got there just in time to watch Move It Shake It Celebrate It and dance and sing on Main Street celebrating my birthday!! So much fun!

 

After tons of picture time the most amazing thing happened...not only did we watch the Dapper Dans...but they sang ME HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! This was one of my absolute birthday wishes!!! It was so amazing!! I cry every time I watch them and I am so glad it happened!!!

 

Then, we hopped over to Epcot for my birthday lunch reservations!!!

 

One of daddy's birthday gifts to me was to go to Akerhsus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot for lunch with my roommates.

BEST DADDY EVER!!!

They called for the royal Ballesteros party :) It was so cool! and when they gave us our ticket it said "CELEBRATION!! MINDYS 25th BIRTHDAY! Once again...Mindy is excited!!

When we walked into this beautiful restaurant and the first person I get to see is BELLE!!!! I almost died y'all!!! I was like a 4 year old!!! It was so awesome!

 

The food was soooo amazing. We had buffet style appetizers of cold dishes like salads, salmon, cheeses, fruit and other Norwegian appetizers. It was all so good. Then I ordered oven-roasted chicken and mashed potatoes with a mushroom sauce...delicious! 

 

As we ate Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White and even Ariel came to talk to us, wish me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and take pictures with us too!! It was the most awesome experience!!! They were all sooo wonderful!

Thank you to all my roomies for coming to this amazing lunch with me to celebrate this special day :)

 

After lunch our waiter brought me a cupcake with Mickey sprinkles on top and a birthday card with all the princesses autographs just for me!!! I WAS SO HAPPY! My roomies sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me and I got to make my birthday wish :)

 

Fiancé and my little girl sent me a birthday card so I got to open that at lunch as well. It was so sweet! Thank you honey and Lilly too :) I LOVE YALL!

 

Daddy, I had such an amazing time! Thank you for the amazing lunch at Disney World! I love you.

 

As soon as we left the restaurant we ended up in Mexico and there were mariachis!!!! You better believe I was excited because they sang me HAPPY BIRTHDAY too!!! WHOO HOOO! My family would be so excited. I also had my first drink at Epcot...a Fiesta Margarita!

 

I got to end the night back over at Magic Kingdom. We watched Wishes and it was the absolute best way to end my birthday. Wishes really do come true!!

Just when I thought the night was over I got home and I had presents waiting for me :) Daddy sent me the sweetest gift...a yellow pair of runnin' shoes...just like the song says.  ;) So thoughtful...Thank you daddy. I also got a gift and card from my sissy, Zach and Maddox and one from my Future in laws! Thank you so much!!! and guess what y'all...Brother got me tickets to see La Nouba next month!!! I cannot wait!!! I also received so many phone calls and all kinds of messages :) I really cannot thank everyone enough for making me feel so special on my birthday. It was an amazing one.

I also want to thank my roommate for going out of her way to help make sure my birthday was super special. love you Court.
